By accessing or using NexConsole's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. NexConsole reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

NexConsole provides professional Android publishing support services including developer onboarding guidance, verification assistance, Play Store deployment support, store listing optimization, and ongoing technical support. Our services are consultative and advisory in nature, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as app approval or ranking positions on Google Play Store.

3. Independent Service

NexConsole is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC, Google Play, Android, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All Google Play and Android related processes are subject to Google's own policies and requirements, which may change without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the onboarding and publishing process. You must ensure that your app complies with all applicable Google Play policies, content guidelines, and local regulations. NexConsole provides guidance but the final responsibility for app content and compliance rests with you as the developer.

5. Payment and Fees

Service fees are outlined during the initial consultation and must be paid in full before service commencement unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Prices may change with prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexConsole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and developer account details when you sign up for our services. We also collect information about your apps, including app names, package IDs, and publishing status to provide effective support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our publishing support services, communicate with you about your account and services, respond to your questions and support requests, and send you technical notices and updates.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required to provide our services or as required by law. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our services, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if NexConsole is unable to deliver the publishing support service as described during your initial consultation, or if there is a significant delay beyond the estimated timeline that is attributable to our team.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: if your app is rejected by Google Play due to content or policy violations that are the responsibility of the developer; if you decide to discontinue the service after work has commenced; if the delay or failure is caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you; or if Google Play changes its policies, requirements, or procedures after the commencement of our service.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of the service completion date. Include your order reference number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where part of the service has been successfully delivered, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of work completed. The specific amount will be determined through discussion with our support team.
